Elevating Global Dental Marketing & Education Through Design Innovation

As Team Design Lead at Osstem, one of the world’s largest dental device companies, I developed visually impactful marketing and educational content for dentists worldwide. I also directed the creation of global marketing materials, medical illustrations, and graphics for Osstem’s dental software. When I joined, the company was experiencing rapid growth, but the design team faced challenges such as limited capacity, inconsistent quality, and insufficient medical content expertise. I was tasked with elevating both creative standards and operational efficiency. To achieve this, I established a comprehensive design system to unify the brand’s visual language, optimized frequently used 3D models for faster production, and implemented structured training programs to enhance the team’s medical content literacy. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I ensured that design output aligned with business objectives and marketing strategies. As a result, design quality improved significantly, and productivity increased by 97% over four years. This progress enabled the annual production of over 5,000 medical illustrations and 800+ promotional and educational materials, supporting 2,600+ products and all new product launches.
